About Us
Dr. Katherine Taylor, owner of Yama Training and Wellness, is an experienced U.S.-trained doctor of physical therapy, personal trainer, and fitness instructor, registered with the HCPC and an insured member of the CSP. She specializes in physiotherapy for older adults, focusing on balance and surgery rehab, along with chronic conditions such as pain and neurology. Additionally, she works with adult athletes preparing for surgery or recovering from injury. We are pleased to offer Trigger Point Dry Needling and electro-acupuncture for clients within North Yorkshire, as part of our mobile physiotherapy services.
